Background - WBB Employment, Education and Training Working Group |

The Employment, Education and Training working group was established to develop a regional education plan addressing both formal and informal training needs and ongoing professional development. The group includes representatives from community organisations, relevant government departments, education institutions, and regional training providers. The group has developed a web based compilation of training opportunities, with funding now available to: - collate all training needs analysis reports,
- develop a skills audit, and
- promote training opportunities.
This information, and associated coordination tools, will assist in the compilation of the region's education plan.
